Service Description
A 30-day (7 /14 / 21 day programs also available) customized food program that is designed to help you: Detox Restore Energy and Vitality Release Weight Build Immune System Reset Digestive System Healthy Food Relationship Whole Food Diet Create Your Own Meals Plans Implement Healthier Habits Following an evaluation and consultation, you will receive a customized meal plan with lifestyle recommendations. This one-month plan will support you to stay on track with a weekly 30 minute accountability call. This program is NOT to persuade you in any way to embrace a certain lifestyle (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, etc.). However, if you decided to change just listen to your body and how it feels. This 30-day program will be your "boot camp" into the Raw Food Cuisine. It will get intense but you will learn a lot about yourself, your body, and create new healthy habits. What will you eat: This program comes with 30-days of complete meal plans for all three meals & snacks. I am providing all of the information you need to create them. You are responsible for your own shopping and costs associated with that.
